Returns & Exchanges

At Varsity Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we make the exchange process as seamless as possible for our athletes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor the return journey to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
